Amgen Environmental Body Limited
The LCF is regulated by ENTRUST and managed by Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs. It is ENTRUST's role to ensure that these monies are received and spent by organisations on projects within the governing Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 (Regulations).
The Environment Body which was set up in 2003 has its Registered Office at Bryn Pica Landfill Site, Llwydcoed, Aberdare, CF44 0BX to which all correspondence must be addressed. Once project proposals are submitted to the Environmental Body, visits will be arranged to view the site and discuss the proposal in more detail. If the proposal matches the object and criteria as laid down by ENTRUST, initial documentation is then submitted by the organisation and once in an acceptable format company secretary will forward the documentation to ENTRUST for their consideration. If approved a registration number is awarded. Once the registration number is received work on the project can commence, overseen by their appointed Project Manager. It must be stressed that the Environmental body cannot award any funds until a registration number has been awarded. Any costs associated with submitting the proposal such as drawings, planning and building fees etc. must be borne by the organisation applying for a grant. Furthermore, project funds can only be paid on receipt of an invoice. Latest News
