Winners Announced Wednesday 17 Jun 2009 [10:57]
The Rhondda Cynon Taf Love Where You Live Awards 2009 was held on the 17th June at the Muni Arts Centre in Pontypridd. Alun Maddox (Managing Director), Mike Adams (Commercial Director), Steve Morgan (Operations Director), Lee Foulkes (Technical Director), Jack Mansfield (Finance Director) and Ceri Evans (Technical Manager) all attended the award ceremony on behalf of the company. Amgen Environmental Body was nominated under the category of Most Innovated Environmental Project, and was very proud to be Highly Commended in this category.
Amgen Environmental Body would like to congratulate Cwmaman Community Woodland who took first prize at the awards. We would also like to congratulate Williamstown Primary School who were also Highly Commended with their innovated and successful project.

Congratulations to all the winners in the Love Where You Live Awards and to everyone who took part, including all members in organising this very successful event held by Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Amgen Environmental Body was also very proud to sponsor the award for Community Recycling Champion which was one by Vanessa McCarthy the Headteacher of Brynnau Primary School.
